OJB FC has partnered with Bernat Fraquesa, Co-Founder and CEO of APFC Trainings. Bernat holds a UEFA “A” license and coached 10-plus years in Barcelona, Spain. APFC’s curricula is derived from Albert Puig’s unique Catalan Methodology. Albert Puig is a former Barcelona F.C. Football Academy (La Masia) coach and Director with a UEFA PRO license.

Guillermo (Memo) Perez

Playing Experience: Memo has been playing soccer since he was 7 years old. Growing up, he played in a few clubs and tournaments and has continued in the Adult league in Sedona. He continues to develop his technical and tactical understanding of the game throughout his youth and adult years.
Coaching Experience: Joined OJB FC in Fall 2025 Previously coached in AYSO from 2018-2024, including one year of tournament level coaching. Then later assisted with Arsenal as an assistant coach.
Notable Achievements:
- Volunteered his time after every fall AYSO season to run free trainings/scrimmages on Friday Evenings throughout the Winter- Summer before the next AYSO rec fall season would start again. He ran these because he felt it was important to keep the kids in shape for the fall, as well as allow for them to be outdoors instead of at home playing video games.
- Contributed to player development through a balance of physical conditioning and technical/tactical training.

Approach: Coach Memo prioritizes technical and tactical development, supported by strong cardio and physical preparation. His coaching style focuses on building confident, disciplined players who understand the game and make smart decisions on the field. He strives to create a positive, hardworking environment that allows every player to grow.
