UPSL Soccer Journey for Elite Players

Our UPSL program is built with one clear purpose — to prepare high-performing athletes for the next level through a professional environment that demands discipline, intensity, and winning standards. Designed for serious players seeking top-level competition, our UPSL pathway focuses on advanced technical development, tactical intelligence, physical readiness, and a fearless, attack-minded style of play. Competing against elite teams across the region, we provide a platform for players to gain exposure, elevate their game, and pursue opportunities at the collegiate, semi-professional, and professional levels.

UPSL Men’s Program

The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) was founded in 2011 and currently includes more than 400 teams Nationally. The UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA. The league occupies the 4th tier of the US Soccer pyramid, just below the three professional tiers in the pyramid. With a participant average age of 22.5 years, the UPSL fills and brings structure to the large gap that exists between the youth game and the professional game, serving thousands of aspiring players and coaches as they strive to further their aspirations and fuel their passions. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards at all tier levels.

UPSL Women’s Program

OJB FC, a member of the UPSL, is holding prayer evaluations for the upcoming season. This evaluation offers prospective players the opportunity ti demonstrate their abilities to Coach Rosie, OJB Girls Director of Coaching & Yavapai College Head Women’s Coach. Coach Rosie will Las be available to answer questions regarding the team’s program and expectations. We encourage talented and dedicated female players to attend – HS, College & Post College
