Competing at the National Level in the United Premier Soccer League (“UPSL”)

The United Premier Soccer League (“UPSL”) is the fastest growing Professional Development League in the United States, founded in 2011 and now includes over 400 teams nationwide. Occupying the 4th tier of the U.S. Soccer pyramid — just below the three professional divisions — the UPSL provides structure and opportunity for thousands of aspiring players and coaches who aim to take their game to the next level.

With an average participant age of 22.5 years, the UPSL fills the gap between youth and professional soccer, offering a competitive and challenging environment. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated while meeting strict league standards, and all teams are eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the league’s affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).

We are more than a club. We are a family.

OJB FC in the UPSL

OJB FC proudly represents the entire Quad-Cities region — Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, and Chino Valley — in the UPSL. Our UPSL team was formed to provide a platform for local players to compete at a high level while pursuing opportunities in collegiate programs and professional leagues.

OJB FC is the only club in northern Arizona that fields teams in the UPSL.

But OJB FC’s impact has gone far beyond the pitch. Our red, white, and blue jerseys have become a symbol of pride for our community. Every athlete who wears the badge does so with commitment, integrity, and a drive to inspire the next generation of players.

We are Different By Design, applying innovative training methodologies centered on Character, Cognition and Competency to prepare our athletes for success at the highest levels of play.

Why the UPSL Matters for OJB FC Players

  • Direct exposure to college scouts and professional opportunities
  • Competitive matches against top teams in the western region
  • Development in a “professional-level” environment while staying rooted in our community
  • A pathway for talented local players to stay and play at home
